Enjoy birds and wildlife from the deck
The house fronts on a large pond formed by a cold water spring.
Muskrats, water birds, fish, frogs, and turtles all inhabit the pond. Stand on the 1,200
square foot deck and watch them all in action. At night turn on the flood lights and watch
muskrats come play in the lights.
You can wade fish in the White River just 100 yards from the house.
You can also rent river boats and motors close by, or we can arrange a guided trout
fishing trip for you. Guides will meet you here and bring you back at the end of the day.

The living room has a 55" large screen TV with Bose surround
sound, DVD/CD player, VCR tape player, satellite TV with HBO, Showtime, and Starz. DSL
service is installed in the living room and bedrooms.
A gas log fireplace lends a cheerful atmosphere to the room. A door on each side of the
living room gives access to the 1,200 square foot deck where you'll find a gas BBQ grill
and a picnic table. Right off the deck is a handy cement pad for washing off waders and
fish. Two queen sleeper sofas give additional sleeping space.
All rooms have ceiling fans with dimmer light switches. The bedroom
bathrooms have whirlpool tubs with showers. The third bathroom has a full sized bath tub
with shower. Soft water runs to all sinks, showers, washing machine, and faucets. All linens, towels and detergents for laundry and dishwasher will be
provided.

The kitchen has a seven place island table with storage cabinets. There is an induction
top 4 burner electric range with a full size oven, a microwave, dishwasher, 4 slice bagel
toaster, electric can opener, drip coffee maker, and several cabinets; one with a Lazy
Susan. A roasting pan, pots, a full set of baking pans, cookie sheets, utensils, and table
service for 12 people allow you to cook and serve complete meals.The large side-by-side
refrigerator/freezer has a built-in ice cube, crushed ice, and water dispenser.

Each bedroom has a King bed and private full
bathroom
Each bedroom has a Simmons King size bed, a large private bathroom
with whirlpool tub, a reach-in closet with shelves and hanger bars, an illuminated vanity,
large dressers, night stands with drawers, lamps, and homemade quilts on the beds. You'll
find plenty of storage capacity in the bathrooms and the spacious closets in each bedroom.
